CVM Testing Center - 001 Trotter Hall
The CVM Testing Center provides a secure, comfortable and distraction-free environment for all KSU veterinary medicine students with a letter of accommodation from the Student Access Center (SAC).
The CVM Testing Center is located at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Trotter 001, Manhattan, KS.
Students must have a letter of accommodation from the Student Access Center (SAC).
Students will provide the SAC letter to the course coordinator/faculty and to Kayla Campbell (test coordinator).
The CVM Testing Center Agreement Form must be submitted before scheduling an examination. If the form is submitted but an automated confirmation e-mail is not received, please contact Kayla Campbell at email@example.com. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you are not approved to take the exam.
Forty-eight business hours before the exam, the CVM Testing Request Form needs completed and submitted to the test coordinator. The form requires faculty signatures.
Please schedule examinations by using the student exam portal at http://220.127.116.11/TestingCenter/. Students will sign in using their CVM username and password. Click on the “schedule” tab at the top left and click on “bookings.” Choose the date and time by double clicking the specific time slot that you wish to schedule your examination. Times for examinations are between 8:00 – 10:00 am, 10:00 - 12:00, 1:00 – 3:00 pm, and 3:00 – 5:00 pm. When students create a new reservation, review the date, time and ensure the course name is entered to complete the reservation. Click “create.” If the letter of accommodation states students need longer than two hours, they can book the appointment twice through the exam portal.
The minimum requirement for identification at the CVM Testing Center is a current driver’s license or a veterinary medicine student ID.

Testing Center Environment
Since the Testing Center must adequately accommodate all testing students, you are reminded of the following:
Dress in layers: Testing room temperature may fluctuate depending on the number of students in the room and the season’s temperature.
Consider other test takers: Refrain from wearing strong perfumes and colognes.
Smokers, please consider not smoking before entering the Testing Center.
Distractions: To provide a distraction-free environment in the Testing Center, please refrain from tapping pencils and pens on the desks, chairs, partitions, shoes, and body. Do not read aloud, hum, or breathe loudly when frustrated or anxious. If you are ill from a cold, flu or allegies, and cough, sneeze or sniffle uncontrollably or excessively you will cause a distraction in the testing room. We recommend you contact the course coordinator about other testing accommodations.
Students consent to the video and audio recording of their testing session and to the examination of the video and/or audio recording of the test session when they submit the CVM Testing Center Agreement Form.
